Absalom, Absalom
Based on feedback, the book for this month (Yes, I realize this post is late, I was in Alaska, I was having a fantastic time in a state where it is sunny around the clock) is Absalom, Absalom! by William Faulkner. As you read the book, please comment on this post, we could start an email thread, whatever. It is available at many booksellers including Amazon, Barnes and Noble, and Borders. According to the websites, this copy is 320 pages; therefore, plan 64-80 pages per week to finish within 4-5 weeks.
It's too bad I didn't do this earlier or we could've discussed this at the wedding-- but that would have been a little bit of a buzzkill.
Also, Jenni- I read The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (and the Girl who Played with Fire, and the Girl who Kicked the Hornet's Nest) they are pretty fantastic. It was difficult to stop reading (which is why I had mild sleep deprivation on Tuesday from going to bed at 3 AM the night before).
